Jennifer has many years in servicing the needs of others over many different industries including finance, insurance, sales, and lending. She lives was born and raised in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas. She now resides in North Texas and has been settled there for almost ten years. She began working in the real estate industry through Investment Lending and Title Insurance. This experience opened a floodgate of interest in mortgage lending and real estate for her. She strives to serve others in any way possible, including being an advocate for them. Her favorite thing about being a Mortgage Loan Officer is being able to help individuals and families purchase the home of their dreams with the best rate and lending solution tailored to each individual. She is strong in communication and detail oriented to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

A toll-free consumer hotline is available at 1-877-276-5550. The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
